Our Team

We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our team is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Corri Richey

Corri Richey

Corri came to our office 9 years ago and has over 23 years of hygienist experience.
Corri loves the relationship she builds with both her patients and team members.  She especially adores the kids!  She loves helping patients achieve their personal and dental goals.

Corri says, “This warm, fun, positive atmosphere, where people are always smiling” is what I like best about our office.   We are always learning new techniques and materials to stay on the cutting edge.”  She is also very excited about our new Learning Lab.

Corri is such a fun person! She enjoys her family, sports and up north getaways. 

Sherry Henderson

Sherry Henderson

Sherry is truly a pioneer of the practice.  She started in dentistry over 30 years ago assisting for her father-in-law, Dr. Henderson.  She has worked with Susan since July 15th, 1985 when Susan purchased the practice – Wow how time flies.

Sherry’s passion is meeting people and making new friends.  Her intense curiosity and need to please are perfectly suited for her position as our New Patient Coordinator.  She loves her patients as well as her co-workers and she says her friendship with Susan gets better each year/decade!

Sherry and her husband, Chuck, have been married for 33 years. They have two wonderful children, Kiel and KaLee and daughter-in-law, Camille.   In December of 2010 Sherry and Chuck were blessed with the arrival of Grandson Wesley Henderson.  He is such a joy in our life.

Life outside the office is filled with family, friends, exercise, crafts and enjoying the great outdoors.

Jean Voss

Jean Voss

Jean has been a dental assistant for16 years and worked her entire career with Susan.  Jean loves helping patients understand the procedures they are going through and likes to see the pleasant outcome of their journey.  Jean says, ”So many times the outcome makes a significant change in their health and beauty, and consequently it’s life-changing.”

Away from the office you can find Jean and husband Jim enjoying the wonderful world of parenting.  Landon (2 ½ yr. old) and Amelia (9 months) bring a smile to her face everyday.  Ask for pictures, she loves to share them.

Kelly Mitchell

Kelly Mitchell

Kelly has 20 years experience as a Dental Assistant and 13 of those years have been with Susan.  Kelly loves doing her best work.  She says, “I always think of what I would want in my mouth and strive to do just that for every patient.”  Helping people through their anxiety and being part of the beautiful, perfect, finished project is what Kelly loves most about her position.

When I asked Kelly what she likes about the office and Susan, her response was, “ I like that each of us can be ourselves.  We all share in the management and responsibility so we also celebrate successes together.” 

Her life beyond the office is enjoying her 22 year old  daughter and 6 year old son, weight lifting, sand volleyball, and roller blading.

Georgette Taylor

Georgette has been a hygienist for 18 years and 17 of those years have been with Susan. Georgette says, “I am so proud to be a part of a team of professionals that strives to foster each patient’s individual health goals and desires.”

Georgette has such a love for the individual connections she makes with each patient. She feels that it is an honor when her patients begin to feel her trust and genuine concern. She says,” It makes it that much easier for me to help make such a positive difference in their overall dental health.”

Away from work, Georgette’s other full time job is busy being a mother to her two children. “Being a mother is truly one of life’s greatest gifts and so rewarding. I can’t imagine my life without them. They complete me.” 

Emily Kramer

Emily Kramer

Emily is a graduate of the Dental Hygiene program at Lansing Community College. She is a natural leader and a warm people-person.

Emily says, "I am so grateful for the opportunity to work in such a wonderful office where my co-workers and patients are much more than friends - they're family!"

Emily is a dedicated wife and mother of four. "My family means the world to me. It is because of their constant support that I am here doing what I love to do."

Connie Hartwick

Connie Hartwick

Connie comes with 22 years of business and computer experience and 8 years on the Business Team with Susan’s office.

“I enjoy helping people and making everything flow smoothly. She likes being busy in a good way.  There is nothing better than being part of a true team where I feel like my opinion really matters.”

Connie’s life beyond the office is involved with family, her 5 grandchildren, friends, golf and building her dream home up north with her husband of 36 years.

Sally Johnson

Sally is “home” and we are thrilled!  She was a team member here from 1989 to 1997 and left to pursue a management position at Delta Dental for 13 years.    2010 was a year for major changes; she retired from Delta and returned us in October joining the business team as our patient financial coordinator.  

Sally enjoys reuniting with the longtime patients and meeting the new ones. “I love working with our highly motivated team and learning something new each day!” She is our teacher too, as she brings 35 years of experience in the dental field.

Sally resides in her hometown Mason and has one daughter and grandson here and one daughter and granddaughter in Texas. Her passion is being with horses and volunteering at a therapeutic riding stable. She also enjoys treasure hunting in her spare time.

Nicole Venable

Nicole Venable

Nicole is our relaxation specialist. She offers a wide array of complementary comfort services for our patients during their dental procedures. She is a graduate of Lansing Community College in Massage Therapy.

Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband Joel and their new son Mason. In her spare times she also works as a freshman volleyball coach at Everett High School. She loves to play sports, scrapbook and play on the lake!
