New Patient Coordinator
We welcome you as a new patient. Our aim is to learn as much about your ideas and objectives as your dental conditions. We hope your first visit with us will be a wonderful learning experience. Your initial phone call will be directed to Sherry, our New Patient Coordinator. Together you and Sherry will explore your dental concerns and she will help you schedule an appointment.
We will reserve 90 minutes for your initial exam. Dr Susan and one of our dental team members will first meet with you in our library to get to know you, review your health forms and find out what is important to you in regards to your dental health. Next, we will move to another room where we will take any necessary digital x-rays, perform an oral cancer screening, periodontal (gum) examination, check for decay, evaluate the structural soundness of your teeth and dental work, and complete a TMJ (jaw joint) examination if necessary. Combining your hopes and desires with the information that we gather during your examination you and Dr. Susan will establish a customized plan for your dental care. You will leave here with a very good estimation of your investment of time and money to achieve your dental goals. Give Sherry a call-we’d love to help you realize the smile of your dreams!
