Financial Considerations:
Our aim is to help you understand your treatment options and associated fees so you can best choose a course of action that is right for you—before you incur the cost of treatment. Following a thorough examination we work together to establish a personalized treatment plan in writing with our current fees.
Insurance Considerations:
In addition we will work with you on a individual basis to maximize your insurance reimbursements, your budget and timetable. Our practice is not an insurance driven practice—which means we are here to help you choose dental treatments that benefit you, not succumb to any insurance company limitations. We work hard to help you understand what we hope you can expect from your insurance reimbursement and at no time guarantee what your insurance company will or will not pay for each individual claim. For any general questions you might have our team will be happy to answer.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
Financial Options:
To accommodate all of your other financial obligations, we accept a variety of payment methods for your dental treatment:
Check and Cash
If you pay in full before treatment begins, we will give you a 5% pre-payment courtesy.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards.
Low Monthly Payment Plans
We work with two financial partners: CareCredit and Dental Fee Plan (Capitol One)
These two financing plans feature no-interest for 12 months and low monthly payment plans with small finance fees for up to 60 months.
There are no annual fees, setup costs or prepayment penalties.
